What does USB stand for, Universal Security Breach?

Peripheral attacks will never go away because at their heart, they are a social engineering mechanism.  Users are ultimately responsible for what they plug into their computers.  Security awareness training is the only defense against these attacks.  Users must understand the risks and accept responsibility for the devices they attach.
