There have been a dozen or more articles floating around the Internet over the past couple of months concerning possible vulnerabilities associated with e-cigarettes and their USB charging ports. This podcast from Tripwire seems like a good way to bring up the topic. USB has always been a dangerous proposition for IT security professionals because it is the ever present port facing every user when they sit down at their workstation and nearly every electronic device has an interface or charging mechanism that plugs in. E-Cigarettes are simply the next generation of targets.
