A big thanks to Mr. Skinner for sharing this nugget of information this morning. This is yet another example of Microsoft and data mining at its worst. I sincerely doubt this is simply another misconfiguration, and should therefore be seen as yet another reason to be highly suspicious of Windows 10 and the general targeted direction of applications coming from our friends in Redmond.
