Not unlike the potential, unverified attacks against TeamViewer, a compromise of this type of remote control solution should cause pause and significant concern.  Please take the time to review your password and credentials policies.  I am going to stop using the phrase, “consider using multi-factor authentication”.  I am going to change to “Just use multi-factor authentication!!  Stop stalling!!”
